As a lover of seafood, I was excited to visit 99 Seafood Restaurant in Selayang and I must say I was not disappointed. The restaurant’s warm and welcoming ambiance, coupled with a vast array of seafood dishes, set the tone for an unforgettable culinary adventure. To start my feast, I indulged in Australian Lobster and Alaska King Crab. The lobster was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning and tasted incredibly fresh. The King Crab was equally impressive with succulent and juicy meat that melted in my mouth.

Moving on to the live seafood, I savored the Live Prawn, Razor Clam, Live King Prawn, Grouper, Soon Hock, and Siakap Deep-Fried with Spicy Thai Chili Sauce. The seafood was impeccably fresh, and the flavors were enhanced by the skillful preparation of the chefs. The chefs at Restoran Makanan Laut 99 are highly skilled in preparing and cooking seafood dishes, using various techniques and ingredients to create a unique blend of flavors. Some of the signature dishes include Siakap Deep-Fried with Spicy Thai Chili Sauce, Deep-Fried Squid with Salted Egg & Curry Leave, and Stir-Fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion, to name a few.
4. Fresh Fish Grouper, Soon Hock, and Siakap @ 99 Seafood Restaurant | Selayang Seafood
The Snapper Steam with Soya Sauce and Deep-Fried Squid with Salted Egg & Curry Leave was also excellent dishes. The Snapper was steamed to perfection and infused with the umami flavors of the soya sauce. The deep-fried squid was crispy and the combination of salted egg and curry leaves added a unique flavor profile. Restoran Makanan Laut 99 is also equipped with ample parking spaces, making it a convenient dining destination for customers. The restaurant’s attentive and friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring that customers enjoy a memorable dining experience.

For those who love Shark fin, Chicken Oil & Egg White Steamed Crab, Stir-Fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion, and Creamy Butter Crab, 99 Seafood Restaurant offers all of these dishes, and they are not to be missed. The Stir-Fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion was my favorite, as it had a nice balance of flavors and the crab meat was tender and juicy.

Overall, my experience at 99 Seafood Restaurant was exceptional. From the ambiance to the quality of the seafood, everything was top-notch.
